Supporters of Evanston Township High School packed Sketchbook Brewing Company’s Skokie Taproom & Brewery Friday night for “WILD for ETHS,” the ETHS Foundation’s annual fundraiser.
More than 350 partygoers enjoyed local eats, Sketchbook sips, live music from Double Fret and a silent auction.
Funds raised from the event (expected to be over $120,000, according to Joanne Bertsche, executive director of the foundation) will help build the new ETHS Health Science Center and Alumni Hall and provide continued support for STEAM, iKIT internships and Geometry in Construction.Since its beginning in 2008, the foundation has raised more than $12 million in support of ETHS, according to Bertsche.
